A prestigious academic institute in Greater London is seeking an Associate HR People Partner. This role provides crucial support to the VP Operations, focusing on employee relations and HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex HR environments, managing employee relations issues, and delivering training workshops. We are hiring an Associate HR People Partner to provide support to Vice President Operations portfolio. This role provides first line employee relations guidance as well as support to the HR People Partners with the implementation of people-focused initiatives and activities within the client group.
The responsibilities of the role include the provision of high-quality support and advice to line managers and input into HR and Diversity initiatives. The role also involves supporting the management of organisational change processes and coordinating and undertaking job evaluations and gradings.
In addition, you will be involved in designing and jointly delivering individual or group workshops on HR procedures and policies. You'll be responsible for collating HR metrics data for HR People Partners and will support senior recruitment processes as required.
The successful candidate will support the team of People Partners by partnering with junior and middle managers, as well as local HR colleagues.
Please note, this role is available to start from March on a hybrid working basis with a minimum of 2-days onsite at our London Kings Cross office (Monday and another).

The successful HR professional will have the ability to work effectively in a Human Resources environment within a complex organisation. You will have a proven track record of providing high-quality advice to managers on a range of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
You will demonstrate outstanding organisational skills and experience in delivering high-quality HR administrative support. We are looking for a candidate who has advised and handled a range of first-line complex employee relations and HR issues—such as disciplinaries, grievances, change management, and TUPE.
Experience in designing and jointly delivering individual or group training workshops on HR-related topics is essential. We are seeking a high-calibre individual who can quickly build and develop effective and trusted working relationships across the team and with managers and staff.
You should also be able to compile HR data metrics and provide analysis support where necessary.
We are currently operating hybrid working within the HR Division, and you will have the opportunity to work remotely for up to three days a week if you wish. You must be available to work on-site on Mondays and at least one additional day each week.
