Our client, a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with a vibrant London studio, is seeking a Geotechnical Associate to join their collaborative and sustainability-focused team. The Role:
  • Lead project teams and manage multiple projects across residential and commercial sectors
  • Provide technical leadership in geotechnical design and problem-solving
  • Prepare high-quality reports and provide foundation recommendations
  • Represent the team with clients, stakeholders, and project partners
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers
What They're Looking For:
  • 8+ years' experience in geotechnical engineering
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related discipline
  • Chartered with ICE, GSL, or IOM3
  • Strong understanding of ground engineering principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and practical problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to lead by example and manage technical teams
  • Self-motivated with initiative and commercial awareness
