Overview

Our client is a reputable provider of fiduciary services seeking to recruit an Associate Director to join its Private Wealth team based in its Jersey office.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Private client relationships, including client relationship management, revenue generation and day-to-day service matters.
  • Coordinate the team to deliver high level client services.
  • Act as an Alternate Director and Authorised Signatory as required.
  • Oversee the team personnel to deliver service to clients.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for profitability and financial performance of the service and assist with SLAs and KPIs to ensure close monitoring of performance.
Qualifications and experience
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in a fiduciary administration or financial services environment.
  • Professional level qualification such as ACCA or ICSA.
  • Strong management skills with a drive to create and instill a high-performance culture.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to meet with clients, advisors and prospective clients as required.
