A leading national property consultancy is seeking an Associate Director to shape and lead their Facilities Management operations in Leeds. Cobalt is working with a leading national property consultancy to appoint an Associate Director to help shape and lead their Facilities Management operations across a high-profile regional portfolio.
This is a senior client-facing role, supporting the FM Director in the day-to-day leadership and development of a growing team. You'll also oversee your own commercial portfolio, working across multiple sites and helping to set the regional standard for service delivery, compliance, and customer experience.

You'll act as a key deputy to the FM Director and play a hands-on role in the management of a diverse portfolio supporting Facilities Managers, driving service standards, and acting as a point of escalation for clients, suppliers, and occupiers.
You'll bring a strong track record in a TFM role is required, ideally within a managing agent or client-side real estate environment. You'll have a full understanding of landlord and tenant operations, alongside the leadership ability to support and develop a team across multiple sites.
Strong communication, commercial awareness, and client relationship skills are essential. You should be confident navigating health and safety compliance, contractor performance, service charge budgets, and multi-site operations.
An IOSH is essential, whilst having your NEBOSH or being MIWFM would be desirable.
