Qualifications

  • Degree-educated in estates, property, or facilities management (or equivalent senior-level experience).
  • Demonstrated success in leading estates services within healthcare or complex environments.
  • Proven track record of budget management and strategic planning.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional membership (e.g., CIOB, RICS, IWFM, IHEEM) desirable.
