Remuneration: Circa £55,000-80,000 for 2-3 days

Description: Part time Performer dentist required for 2-3 days for a busy, mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Cossall, Nottingham.

1. 2000-3000 UDAs up to £14 per UDA depending on experience and skillset
2. 50% split on Private and Labs
3. Hours 9am-5pm
4. 4 Fully computerised surgeries
5. Digital x-rays, Rotary Endo, Intra oral cameras, I-tero Scanner
6. Treatment Co-Ordinator on site
7. Principal working on site
8. Full support team including 2 hygienist/therapists
9. Existing, well maintained list
10. 30 minutes from Nottingham and Derby
11. Available from now, start date negotiable

• UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
