Job description

We're currently seeking a number of experienced and ambitious Associate Commercial Lead/Commercial Manager professionals to work with our client in a secure environment, supporting challenging projects.

These contract roles require security clearance prior to assignment. Opportunities are available in Cheltenham.

You will work across internal projects and teams, assessing requirements, managing solutions and services that meet customer needs, and delivering organisational excellence and compliance. You will showcase your skills on unique projects.

You will support the Commercial Lead, managing your portfolio or workstreams, ensuring the delivery of goods and services. You will contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from specifications to contract management. You will support continuous improvement and drive opportunities for new activities to enhance customer offering. Strong commercial acumen, influencing, negotiation, and people skills are essential.

You should have expertise in commercial settings, with strong analytical skills, risk management, and issue resolution. Building relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues is key. You will prioritize delivery amid complex activities and be adaptable to tactical and strategic goals. An enthusiastic approach to challenges and problem-solving is required.

You should hold or be willing to attain a professional qualification such as CIPS (Level 5) or equivalent.
