Qualifications

• The candidate should have experience in engineering and ideally hold chartership.
• Must be able to design and deliver complex engineering solutions.
• Experience in mentoring and providing guidance to junior engineers is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and guide a team of engineers.
• Prepare fee proposals and assist with business development.
• Conduct site inspections and analyze project data.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide advice on emerging problems and deficiencies.
