A global law firm in London seeks an Associate for its Corporate team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years PQE in corporate transactional work and strong drafting skills. Our Corporate team manages a range of high-quality transactional mandates with a focus on cross border M&A. The team work covers public and private M&A across a wide range of sectors, private equity, venture capital, equity capital markets, restructurings, joint ventures and strategic projects.

We have a great opportunity for an Associate to join the London Corporate transactional team. The successful candidate will develop their expertise in a team that has deep sector knowledge and far-reaching experience in advising global clients on cross‑border mandates.
You will maintain client relationships, contribute to business development and thought leadership, raising your own profile and supporting the continued growth of the practice.
You will take a prominent role on a wide range of corporate transactional and advisory mandates, working with colleagues within Corporate and elsewhere to deliver a first‑class client service. In addition, you will be accountable for:
