Job description

Our client, a leading global fiduciary company are looking for an Assistant/Vice President to provide Corporate Secretarial coverage for their Jersey office. You will act as the primary point of contact for the provision of company secretarial services for a portfolio of Cayman, Luxembourg and Irish domiciled investment fund vehicles.

Main duties will be to organise the preparation of board packs and attend fund board meetings. Along with the ability to prepare detailed board minutes and action points to a high standard. Arrange for document executions and notarisations. You will be expected to have at least four years' experience in a senior company secretarial position within a regulated funds business and will ideally hold the CGI professional qualification. Ability to manage a varied portfolio of clients to a high standard and be able to work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines/SLAs in place.
