A regional consulting firm is looking for an Assistant Team Manager in Child Protection for a full-time role in Liverpool. £42.49/hr Inside IR35 via FCSA Accredited Umbrella

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a Local Authority in the North West for an Assistant Team Manager – Child Protection. You will report to the Service Manager for Child Protection.

Your experience needed as the Assistant Team Manager – Child Protection, Children’s Social Care:
  • Social Work Qualification
  • Experience of mentoring or managing staff within a statutory or organisation with children and young people; and offering leadership within that setting.
  • Experience of outcome focused interventions. Experience of prioritisation, care planning and service delivery.
  • Experience of contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Experience of leading and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Experience working within a Child Protection Social Work team
