Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Pershore is looking for an assistant manager to lead store shifts, deliver top-line results, and nurture a high-performing team. You will manage labor, waste, and sales performance while ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to brand standards.

You will coach partners, drive new initiatives, and embed product launches, with responsibility for health, safety and store operations on shift.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a team in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused retail or hospitality environment.
• Growth mindset and appetite for growing leadership career.
• Ability to translate metrics into actions while managing people and operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to deliver commercial results and world-class customer experience.
• Own KPIs such as labour efficiency, waste reduction and sales performance.
• Coach and develop partners to ensure consistent quality and service.
• Lead new initiatives and product launches at store level; ensure health, safety and security standards.
• Act as the store duty manager when scheduled and decide on operational matters during shifts.
