Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leading a team in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused retail or hospitality environment.
• Able to translate metrics into actions and manage people and operational priorities.
• Growth mindset with appetite for leadership career.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to deliver commercial results and world-class customer experience.
• Own KPI management including labour, waste and sales performance.
• Ensure shift deployment meets planned roles and routines, adjust to optimise experience.
• Coach partners, give feedback and recognise achievements.
• Act as duty manager when scheduled, upholding brand standards.
