You’ll operate in a dynamic retail hospitality environment, with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A growth mindset and ability to translate data into action are essential for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail or hospitality setting.
• Ability to translate metrics into actionable improvements and guide junior partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to deliver commercial results and a world-class customer experience.
• Own KPIs such as labour efficiency, waste reduction, and sales performance.
• Ensure shift deployment meets planned roles and routines.
• Coach partners and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Recognise and celebrate partner achievements during and after shifts.
• Act as duty manager when scheduled, making operational decisions.
• Maintain brand and operational standards and drive improvements from data.
