Boots Opticians is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team and deliver an exemplary customer journey in-store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to execute the commercial plan and support business growth.

Your day-to-day responsibilities span customer service, store operations and clinical activities such as patient pre-screening, dispensing and accuracy checks, while developing your team's knowledge and skills for future careers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.

• Led or coached a team.

Responsibilities
