You will be involved in customer service, store operations and clinical activities including patient pre-screening, dispensing, and accuracy checks, with opportunities for leadership training and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exemplary customer journey.
• Help deliver the commercial plan to grow the business.
• Manage store operations and clinical activities (patient pre-screening, dispensing, accuracy checks).
• Create and maintain rotas; conduct returns to work reviews and performance management.
• Participate in training and development programmes to build clinical knowledge and leadership skills.
