Job summary

Boots Opticians in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager who will lead and inspire the team, work with the Store Manager to drive the commercial plan and improve the customer journey across the store.

You will oversee store operations, customer service, and clinical activities such as pre-screening, dispensing, and accuracy checks, while developing colleagues through rotas, reviews and training.

• Experience leading or coaching a team.
