You will manage a varied workload—from customer service and store operations to clinical activities such as patient pre-screening, dispensing and accuracy checks—and help colleagues develop their knowledge and careers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver an exemplary customer journey.
• Involved in customer service, store operations, and clinical activities such as patient pre-screening, dispensing, accuracy checks.
• Create and maintain rotas, return to work reviews, and performance management.
• Support training programmes such as Step into Optics and leadership development.
