Boots Opticians is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead and inspire the team in delivering an exemplary customer journey within the store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to implement the commercial plan and drive business growth.

The role covers customer service, store operations and clinical activities, including patient pre-screening, dispensing and accuracy checks. You will manage a diverse team and handle rotas, reviews and performance management, with access to leadership
