Boots Opticians in London is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the team and deliver an exemplary customer journey across the store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to implement the commercial plan and drive growth while supporting clinical activities and customer service.

You will manage a diverse team, conduct rotas, reviews and performance management, and participate in Boots’ industry-leading training to develop clinical knowledge and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• GOC registered to practise in the UK.
• Experience in a customer facing role.
• Experience leading or coaching a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and patient care as part of the Boots Opticians team.
• Support business growth by delivering a strong customer journey.
• Assist with rota creation, performance reviews, and staff development.
