Job summary

Boots Opticians in Warrington is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead a diverse team and partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance and the customer journey.

You will be involved in customer service, store operations and clinical activities such as patient pre-screening and dispensing, with opportunities to develop your leadership and clinical knowledge through Boots’ training programmes.

Qualifications

• GOC registered.
• Experience working in a customer facing role.
• Desire to learn.
• Led or coached a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exemplary customer journey.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver commercial plans.
• Oversee customer service, store operations and clinical activities including pre-screening, dispensing and accuracy checks.
• Manage rota creation, return to work reviews and performance management.
