About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations, leadership, and client experience.
You lead by example — combining sales excellence, organisation, and a refined sense of service.

Client Experience & Sales Excellence

Deliver and inspire exceptional service standards. Guide the team through hands‑on example.

Team Support & Development

Coach team members in product knowledge and clienteling. Step in as acting manager when required.

Operations & Visual Merchandising

Assist with stock control, floor presentation, and visual alignment with brand guidelines.

CRM & Client Portfolio

Build your own network of loyal clients and assist in expanding the store’s overall portfolio.

KPI Monitoring & Reporting

Support the Store Manager in analysing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for growth.

Problem Solving & Service Recovery

Handle client concerns with grace, ensuring that every resolution reinforces trust and satisfaction.

Profile
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, ideally in a supervisory or assistant manager position
  • Strong understanding of sales, clienteling, and store operations
  • Having an established client portfolio is an advantage
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Mandarin, Italian, or French) are a plus
  • Elegant personal presentation and natural authority
