Diamonds Factory is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for Cardiff. You will support the Store Manager, lead the team, and ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience. The role requires two years in luxury retail and a track record of hitting sales targets.

Do you know how to turn excellent service into a memorable customer experience? Are you an experienced luxury retail professional who enjoys motivating a team and driving strong sales?

The role

Diamonds Factory is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our successful Norwich store.

This is a hands‑on role where no two days will be exactly the same. You will work closely with the Store Manager to support the team, keep the store running smoothly and ensure every customer feels genuinely welcomed and valued.

You will work 40 hours over five days, including weekends and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities

The person

You will have at least two years' experience in luxury retail, ideally within jewellery, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

You will be confident working with high-end customers and supporting a busy sales team. You will also be approachable, commercially aware and comfortable solving problems when they arise.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a natural sense of style are essential. Most importantly, you will understand how to make customers feel comfortable, listened to and excited about their purchase.
