Diamonds Factory, a renowned luxury jeweller, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Norwich store. This is a hands-on role supporting the Store Manager, coaching the sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will work 40 hours over five days, including weekends and bank holidays, with uncapped commission and additional rewards. The role offers 30,000 base salary plus benefits and a premium portfolio of luxury goods.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in luxury retail, ideally jewellery.
• Strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Confident working with high-end customers and supporting a busy sales team.
• Approachable, commercially aware and capable of solving problems.

Assistant Store Manager - Lakeside

The role

Diamonds Factory is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our successful Norwich store.

This is a hands-on role where no two days will be exactly the same. You will work closely with the Store Manager to support the team, keep the store running smoothly and ensure every customer feels genuinely welcomed and valued.

You will work 40 hours over five days, including weekends and bank holidays.

The person

You will have at least two years' experience in luxury retail, ideally within jewellery, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

You will be confident working with high-end customers and supporting a busy sales team. You will also be approachable, commercially aware and comfortable solving problems when they arise.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a natural sense of style are essential. Most importantly, you will understand how to make customers feel comfortable, listened to and excited about their purchase.
