Job summary

Diamonds Factory, part of Neve Jewels Group, is seeking a Store Manager for its Lakeside store. You will lead a premium retailer, drive sales, coach the team and ensure outstanding customer experiences for high-value clients.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the shop floor, ownership of commercial performance, and development of product knowledge across diamonds and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' Store Manager experience within luxury retail.
• Experience coaching and developing retail teams.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Confidence working with high-value customers.
• Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Store Manager - Luxury Jewellery | Lakeside

Up to £35,000 + Quarterly Bonus | Diamonds Factory

Do you know how to turn a great store into a high-performing one? Are you an experienced jewellery or luxury retail leader who loves developing people and creating memorable customer experiences?

The role

Diamonds Factory is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Lakeside store.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands premium retail. You'll take ownership of the store's commercial performance, lead and develop your team, and ensure every customer receives the personal, knowledgeable service expected when buying jewellery for life's biggest moments.

You'll be visible on the shop floor, supporting customers, coaching your team and creating an environment where people want to perform.

The person

We're looking for someone with:

• 2+ years' Store Manager experience within luxury retail
• Jewellery, watches or another high-value retail background preferred
• A strong record of achieving sales targets
• Experience coaching and developing retail teams
• Confidence working with high-value customers
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays
