Assistant Stage Manager (Book Cover)

Sonia Friedman Productions is seeking applications for a full-time experienced Assistant Stage Manager (Book Cover) to work on the London production of STRANGER THINGS: THE FIRST SHADOW.

Written by Kate Trefry, an original story by the Duffer Brothers, Jack Thorne and Kate Trefry, directed by Stephen Daldry, co‑directed by Justin Martin for the Phoenix Theatre and produced by Netflix and Sonia Friedman Productions – running in the West End since November 2023.

Your duties and responsibilities will be those normally expected of an ASM (Book Cover) on a first‑class West End production.

Previous experience as an ASM on a busy show is essential.

Job Location: West End London

Contract Type: A year contract in the first instance, then rolling.

Salary: Weekly rate as per SOLT/Equity Agreement.

Weekly Hours: 6 day working weeks (Tuesday to Sunday); 8 shows per week plus maintenance and understudy calls.
