Brighton Harbour Hotel is seeking an exceptional Assistant Spa Manager with proven experience in a spa and wellness environment. You will support the Spa Manager in overseeing operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and leading spa personnel.

You will be involved in maintaining cleanliness, safety and standards, assisting with financial and operational goals, and ensuring treatments are delivered to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 qualifications in spa operations.
• Temple Spa and Elemis training advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Spa Manager in overseeing spa and wellness centre operations.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and manage spa personnel.
• Assist with financial and operational goals.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards; carry out treatments.
