Brighton Harbour Hotel & Spa is seeking an exceptional Assistant Spa Manager with experience in fitness and beauty facilities. NVQ Level 2 & 3 are preferred, with Temple Spa and Elemis training as a distinct advantage.

You will support the Spa Manager in overseeing daily operations, guest experiences, spa staff, and financial and operational goals, while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and delivering treatments.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 and 3 required; Temple Spa and Elemis training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the spa and wellness centre to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage spa personnel and assist with financial and operational goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and supervise treatments and service delivery.
