Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire, set in the English countryside, seeks a Spa & Wellness Assistant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the spa, fitness and wellbeing facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within luxury spa/hospitality.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Support Spa & Wellness Manager in daily operation of the spa, fitness, and wellness facilities.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the spa team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure guest interactions reflect Four Seasons standards of luxury and personalised service.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll administration, and overall team performance.
• Monitor facility standards, cleanliness, and presentation to maintain a world-class environment.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support the achievement of departmental revenue goals through treatments, retail, and memberships.
• Assist with inventory management, stock control, and ordering of spa products.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and operating procedures.
• Work with other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences and promote wellness.
• Support wellness programmes, spa promotions, and events.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor departmental performance metrics.
