Job summary

Brighton Harbour Hotel & Spa is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join its leadership team. You will work closely with the General Manager to run daily operations and uphold the hotel’s exceptional guest standards.

This hands-on role requires visible leadership, strategic thinking and a passion for delivering memorable experiences. You will drive performance, develop teams and ensure the operation achieves its financial targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Hotel Manager or in a comparable senior hotel leadership role
• Strong operational knowledge with a passion for hospitality
• Excellent people leadership and team development skills

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, hands-on leadership across the hotel operation
• Support the General Manager in delivering operational and commercial strategy
• Lead and support departmental managers to achieve high standards
• Champion guest experience and respond to challenges
• Drive performance against operational, financial and guest satisfaction measures
• Support development, engagement and performance of our teams
• Maintain standards, detail and presentation throughout the hotel
• Collaborate across departments for a seamless guest journey
• Deputise for the General Manager when required
