Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire invites applications for a Spa & Wellness Assistant Manager to support daily spa, fitness and wellness operations in a luxury setting. You will lead the spa team, ensure world-class guest experiences, and partner with the Spa & Wellness Manager to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, excellent communication and a proactive, guest-centric approach in a premium hospitality environment. Weekend and holiday coverage is expected.

Qualifications

• When leading a luxury spa team, you drive guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Experience supervising spa, wellness, leisure or hospitality teams is essential.
• Strong communication, coaching and decision-making in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa & Wellness Manager in daily spa, fitness and wellness operations.
• Lead and develop the spa team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure guest interactions reflect Four Seasons luxury standards.
• Support scheduling, payroll and team performance management.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation and safety across facilities.
• Drive revenue through treatments, retail and memberships initiatives.
• Manage inventory and stock control for spa products.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
