• Experience with spa treatments and massage.
• Ability to consult with guests to understand needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of spa treatments with consistency and care.
• Consult guests to assess personal needs and tailor treatments.
• Support the manager with diary management and proactive selling to maximise revenue.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and guest experience in the spa.
