A reputable main contractor based in Birmingham is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of major hotel fit‑out projects across the region. Well known for securing and delivering some of the city's largest and most prestigious developments, this contractor has built an excellent reputation for quality, consistency, and strong long‑term client partnerships.

Operating within the high‑end commercial fit‑out sectors, the company is recognised for its fast‑paced delivery of multi‑million‑pound schemes. You will play a key role in assisting the Site Manager with daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination, high standards of workmanship, and adherence to health and safety requirements.

This position would suit an ambitious Assistant Site Manager with a carpentry or joinery background, which is essential due to the detailed and technical nature of hotel fit‑out works. Experience in fit‑out, refurbishment, or interior packages will be highly advantageous.
