Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

Thorn Baker are looking for a freelance Assistant Site Manager for a temporary position starting tomorrow. They are a leading developer seeking additional support on a site in Coventry.

Skills:

1+ years experience in traditional new build housing as an Assistant Site Manager

Job Duties:

You will work alongside the Site Manager, focusing on the back end of the site which includes snagging, customer care, and handing over plots.

Required Qualifications:

Valid SMSTS certification, CSCS card, First Aid training, and a Driving Licence

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong knowledge of traditional new build housing processes, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Working Conditions:

Work is based on-site in Coventry, West Midlands. Full-time hours with occasional flexibility required to meet project deadlines. Will involve working outdoors and in varied weather conditions.
