Assistant Site Manager - Yatton

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Package

We're working with a well-established, non-PLC housing developer who are looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager for a 90-unit traditional build housing scheme in Yatton.

Responsibilities

• As Assistant Site Manager, you'll work closely with the Site Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the site.
• You'll take responsibility for health & safety, quality standards, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a site-based management role (Assistant Site Manager / Trainee Site Manager / experienced Trades Foreman ready for the next step)
• Strong knowledge of traditional build methods
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Relevant site qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid desirable)
