Perfect Placement UK Ltd. in Cheltenham is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support the busy aftersales department of a multi-franchise dealer group. The role offers a salary up to £45,000 per year, negotiable by experience, with a performance bonus and uncapped earnings potential.

You'll lead six to seven vehicle technicians and three service advisors, ensure efficient workshop operation, and drive customer satisfaction. Hours are Mon-Fri 8:00–18:00 with negotiable Saturdays.

We are recruiting an Assistant Service Manager to join our Cheltenham dealership and support the continued success of our busy aftersales department.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to progress within a large, multi-franchise-approved dealer group.

Salary up to £45,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience.

Duties:

Support the Service Manager with the daily operation of the aftersales department.

Recent or current experience as an Assistant Service Manager, Senior Service Advisor, Workshop Controller or in a similar aftersales management role.

Experience within a medium-to-large franchise-approved car dealership.

Strong leadership, communication and team-supporting skills.

A proactive, commercially aware approach with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Good IT literacy and the ability to manage operational processes effectively.

A full UK driving licence with minimal points.
