Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Cheltenham is recruiting an Assistant Service Manager to support the busy aftersales department of a multi-franchise dealership.

You will lead a team of six to seven Vehicle Technicians and three Service Advisors, helping drive customer satisfaction and keeping workshop operations efficient.

Qualifications

• Recent or current experience as an Assistant Service Manager or similar aftersales management role.
• Experience within a medium-to-large franchise-approved car dealership.
• Strong leadership, communication and team-supporting skills.
• Full UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Cheltenham.

We are recruiting an Assistant Service Manager to join our Cheltenham dealership and support the continued success of our busy aftersales department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to progress within a large, multi-franchise-approved dealer group.

• Strong leadership, communication and team-supporting skills.
• A proactive, commercially aware approach with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Good IT literacy and the ability to manage operational processes effectively.
• A full UK driving licence with minimal points.
