Qualifications

• Experience in coffee production or hospitality is desirable.

• Comfortable using digital tools for data logging.

Responsibilities

• Support daily roasting operations including coffee packaging.
• Monitor and record roast data for consistency.
• Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness.
• Assist in quality checks alongside roasting teams.
• Participate in production process improvements.
