Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in a similar role with a house builder, contractor, or consultancy.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of budgets, cost plans and valuations.
• Support senior surveyors with subcontractor procurement and tender analysis.
• Monitor and manage project costs and variations.
• Assist with monthly CVRs and forecasting.
• Support the management of subcontractor payments and final accounts.

Skills

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant commercial software

Education

Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
