Job summary

A leading construction consultancy in Cheadle Hulme is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs for North West projects. Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience in Civil Engineering, specifically Highways/Structures.
• Knowledge of NEC3 and JCT Contracts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site measurements and prepare cost reports.
• Liaise with teams for quotations and estimates.
• Manage subcontractor interactions and payments.
• Prepare valuations for client submissions.
• Interpret drawings and collaborate with site teams.
• Agree final accounts with clients and teams.

Skills
