• Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Completed a placement year in university or have at least 1 year's post-graduate experience.
• Familiar with standard construction contracts (e.g. JCT, NEC).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of cost plans, valuations, and financial reports.
• Support procurement processes, including tendering.
• Help manage variations and project forecasting.
• Liaise with the site team for compliance.
• Maintain records and contribute to monthly cost reviews.
