Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a QS / Assistant QS role within construction is desirable.
  • Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Full UK driving licence is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation and control of project budgets.
  • Support commercial managers with valuations and financial reporting.
  • Measure works on site and prepare bills of quantities.
  • Help with procurement and analysing quotations.
  • Maintain accurate records for variations and contractual documentation.
