We are seeking an Assistant Pre-Contracts Manager / Commercial Manager to join a dynamic and growing design & build fit-out contractor based in Surrey. About the Role

You will play a key commercial leadership role supporting pre-contracts and contract delivery across a portfolio of high-value fit-out, refurbishment, and workplace transformation projects. You will work collaboratively with design, project, procurement and finance teams to manage commercial risk, support tendering and procurement activity, negotiate contracts and ensure robust cost planning and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pre-contracts activities including tender analysis, procurement and commercial strategy
  • Prepare commercial reports, cost plans and bid submissions
  • Assist in contract negotiation and commercial risk management
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial compliance and delivery
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
