Job summary

A local swimming club in Northolt is seeking an Assistant Performance Coach to contribute to the training of high-potential young swimmers. The ideal candidate will have experience coaching swimming and will be responsible for delivering training sessions, attending meets, and motivating athletes. This part-time role requires relevant qualifications and a commitment to the club's development. Potential for additional swim teaching hours is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years coaching experience with the relevant qualifications.
• Enhanced DBS and Right to Work in the UK required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the squad training plan.
• Deliver the plan through effective coaching.
• Attend all relevant meets and coaching meetings.

Clear and concise verbal communication skills
