Responsibilities

• Lead shift managers and crew; hands-on on line and dining area.
• Support GM in delivering burgers/fries, store results and guest experience.
• Create a positive working environment aligned with our values.
• Ensure customers are delighted and handle complaints openly.
• Oversee shift operations and plan for the long term.
• Own P&L; drive sales while controlling costs.
