You will own operational standards, partner engagement and KPI performance on shift, while developing leadership capabilities in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a manager, you will coach partners, manage scheduling and ensure brand standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate metrics into actions while managing people and operational priorities.

• Own KPI areas such as labour, waste, and sales performance.
• Ensure shift deployment aligns with planned roles and routines.
• Coach and provide feedback to partners and recognise achievements.
• Act as duty manager during your shift and uphold brand standards.
• Use financial and operational data to improve shift performance.
• Lead and embed new store initiatives and product launches.
