Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a dynamic, fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on delivering commercial results and customer experience.
• Own KPIs including labour efficiency, waste reduction, and sales performance.
• Ensure shift deployment meets planned roles and routines and optimise customer experience.
• Coach and provide feedback to partners; recognise achievements.
• Act as the store’s duty manager when scheduled, making operational decisions.
• Maintain brand and operational standards and use data to improve shift performance.
• Train and coach partners to deliver quality, efficiency, and service excellence.
