Qualifications

• Management experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience leading or supervising a team in hospitality, retail or customer-focused environment.
• Confident and approachable leader who can motivate, coach and bring out the best in others.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team as second-in-command, delegating tasks and creating a positive working environment.
• Coach, develop and inspire team members to grow and perform at their best.
• Support rota planning in line with budgets and labour targets while promoting promotions and customer experience.
• Recognise and celebrate success and reward achievement.
• Take ownership of store operations in the Store Manager’s absence and uphold Starbucks standards.
• Deliver commercial results by managing stock, inventory and reporting.
