Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and mystery shopper results.
• Experience assisting with P&L management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Managers and Crew on the front line and dining area.
• Support the General Manager in delivering perfect burgers & fries and store results.
• Create an awesome working environment aligned with company values.
• Ensure every customer is delighted with their Five Guys experience and resolve complaints promptly.
• Keep shifts running smoothly while planning for long-term growth.
• Own the P&L for your shift, driving sales and controlling costs.
• Lead with the Five Guys values in all actions and decisions.
