Job summary

Five Guys in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to work with the General Manager, leading from the front on the line and in the dining area to deliver an exceptional guest experience and strong store results.

You’ll own P&L, drive sales while controlling costs, and coach a team to perform at their best. This on-site, full-time role offers development opportunities and a pathway toward more senior leadership within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Track record of delivering excellent guest experiences and high mystery shopper scores.
• Experience assisting with P&L, labour control and waste management.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift managers and crew on the line and dining area.
• Support General Manager to deliver perfect burgers and fries and a great customer experience.

• Resolve customer complaints promptly with openness and integrity.
• Ensure smooth shift operations and contribute to long-term planning.
